The competition is open to Maghribi citizens who are conducting research for a doctoral dissertation or are post doctoral or senior scholars. The CEMAT/TALM/CEMA Research Grants for Maghribi Scholars are open to citizens of Algeria Libya, Mauritania, Morocco and Tunisia. Grants are to be used for research in either Morocco, Tunisia or Algeria (where AIMS operates centers) and are open to scholars of business, humanities and the social sciences. Grantees must conduct their research in a country other than their own and explain why travel to another Maghribi country is necessary for their research.
