The Frantz Fellowship supports research in the fields of Late Antiquity, Byzantine Studies, and Modern Greek Studies for Ph.D. candidates and recent Ph.D.’s from a U.S. or Canadian institution, who must demonstrate their need to work in the Gennadius Library. Fellowship funds a stipend of $11,000 plus room at Loring Hall on the School grounds, board, and waiver of School fees.
