Description:
US citizens who are African-American, Latino/a, Native American or Asian-Pacific American are encouraged to apply for fellowships with a stipend of $4,000 for each year the student is in good academic standing. The Minority Fellows program is designed primarily for minority students applying to enter a doctoral program in political science for the first time.
